RamachandrandraN Home Delivery guarantee you a 'No Questions Asked' refund or return policy. Below are the terms and conditions pertaining to the Return/Refund policy of RamachandrandraN Home Delivery;

1) The refund/return request needs to be placed within 24 hours of delivery of the products. You can contact / whatsapp to our customer support +91-8592922727] between 9.00a.m to 9.00p.m everyday.


2) The items you return should not be used, altered/tampered or soiled. The package must contain warranty/guarantee cards, freebies & other accessories, in case applicable.


3) Replacements will depend on the availability of the item. (In case the replacement item is not available, we will refund the concerned amount to your "E- Wallet". You can use it for further purchases).


4) Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.


5) Refund/Replacement is not applicable for the below specific items, until & unless it is an issue relating to expiry or quantity change: Bread variants, Eggs, Items belonging to Dairy Products Category (eg:- Milk, Curd, Cheese, Butter, etc).
